I have been working on my website, it's been a long while since i had last updated it. I have added some pictures of several swaps I have done, and I hope to add some more of the past swaps. I will be putting up pictures of some of the ATC's I have for trade soon, as soon as I get more then three done :)

I am currently working on just one swap on Swap-bot and that's about all I will be doing for now, since I am having to much fun with it, and I don't want to have too much on my plait and not do a good job at it.
I will post some preview pictures soon but I don't really plan on posting all the pages, that would just make it less of a surprise to my partner ^3^

Yesterday was our sixth anniversary from the time we had our first date, but since we both worked I only saw my hubby for 2 minutes at the time clock at work, it's a game of tag, he clocks out and I hand him over Luzy, and clock in then hurry to the front end to start working, (we both work in the same store) and 10 minutes after I got off work at midnight, he staid up just to wish me a happy anniversary :) that was sweet since he works two jobs and by 11:30 he is already falling asleep.

They tell me the reason my hair is falling out by the dozen everyday is due to stress, and that I should find ways to be less stressed.. trust me working at the place I do it's no wonder I am stressed and depressed, but there are no jobs out there for people like me so I have to just keep working and not worry to much about my hair falling out.. though someday's I can just run my fingers through my hair and out comes a bunch of it.. I am surprised I still have hair..

I enjoyed this swap since I love anything cute! This is how it looks like before i made copies of it and folded it into a minizie.

Froggy style since by now I think most people know I love frogs ♥

inside 1 : self portrait of yours truly though I could have made it more colorful but my little girl though it would be fun to leave the caps off all the markers.. so I mostly used the same colors over and over trying to make it look good. 

Then there was a set of eyes where it asked to draw a food with eyes, I made two, the cup of hot chocolate and a chocolate sweet.

and most of the time I love to collect scraps of paper that have cute designs on them.

in the heart I drew my little cookie monster, and although I sometimes dress all goth or dark, when we go out, Luz always has some cute dress or outfit on with hearts, or floral pattern. I enjoy making her all colorful because to me she is such a colorful and loving little girl ♥ and really cute.

Private swap between lefroggy and misspickle

I had wanted to join her swap's but after gaining paranoia from swap members not rating me and even flaking, i did't have the mentality to do the public swap she created. But since I really wanted to try my hand on minizine's (and more practice) I asked to do a one on one, and she agreed, I was (and still am) excited to swap with her, i have done a swap in the past with misspickle and so i was little less afraid to have fun with it and send out.

 the top one is issue three, the first one is on its way later on when my cell phone re-charges :)

and this is the second one.. I really did have fun. I did send her the originals so the pictures your seeing on here are from the copy's i made that came out smeared from the printer not having enough color ink.. bleh!! me and technology don't get along at all.. oh well.. ♥

This was a little difficult to review since there was not that many posts.. but from the few posts that  got to see and read, I became interested in her surprise snail mail she receives. what I have come to understand is that she has joined a site where they mail out a box of surprise samples of cosmetics, lotions, and other beauty product, which is pretty cool, but for a fee, after going to the site myself I managed to get a little more information on how it all works. But due to being on a tight budget I don't plan to join anytime soon, which is too bad since I see the things that she has received and would most definitely be surprised to receive them. I am now curious to see what ells she gets in the mail, since the packaging itself is pretty nice!! :)

I enjoyed reading several of the posts, I find the long posts keep me more entertained then one phrase and picture only blog, she blogs about her life and about swap-bot, which is always a good combination. Joni seems like a strong woman who dose not allow herself to give up so easily on her goals. She has returned to schooling, and just like with every goal, she too has her ups and downs. Her last post had me feel like i wanted to cheer for her to get that degree!! but then i realized it's pretty silly cheering at a computer screen with people watching me and not thinking how weird i am.. so a mental cheering was I THINK sufficient and less likely to get me kicked out of the library lol, since most people who drop out of collage rarely ever get back to finish, I am glad that she did return and is not letting her condition -arthritis- get to her. I do hope to check up on her updates every once in a while just to see how she is doing. :)

If i could describe her blog in one word it would be "WOW".. or i would just be speechless .. I have no idea where to start. I started to read her blog and figured I could just skim through a few posts and write about something simple, but NO WAY! it was like reading a book, i just could not stop reading. Every post was so interesting and full of information, and every picture is amazing, and her story like post's just captured my attention. I kept reading till i realized i has been reading her posts for the last two hours!!! and still wanted to read more haha!! She enjoys taking pictures and that's one of the many reasons why it has kept me wanting to read more, I would see a picture and want to know what the story behind it is. It has inspired me to want to post more :) I had fun with this blog review and now I am off to read some more..

Today I am doing a review for my second partner.

Beth has such an amazing blog, she has posted so many bits of her art work on there and She is also a good illustrator. I enjoyed browsing her blog and looking at some of the art she has done everything is hand drawn. I am really thrilled to find another person with the same passion i have for art. In one of her posts she talks about how she likes to take a small sketch book with her where ever she go's, this gives  her a chance to sketch some of the things she see's. I do the same thing too, I believe that is the best method to really get some practice for anyone who is starting art, or even if they are a pro. There was also another post she had where she talked about working on an animation, involving a puppet, that would be pretty cool to see someday. all in all i have enjoyed her blog and would very much come back to check to see if she has done anything new.

I spent about 45 min to an hour reading some of her posts and looking around, this so far has been a good start in my Blog reviews, I found this picture in her site and for me personally I would so love this bunny it is made from Facecloth!! that was creative! ^3^ I enjoy hand made  items. Ingrid's Blog is mostly about her designs, they are amazing and very unique. I find her use of colors and patterns original, and it gives me that "I want it" feeling, when i see the dresses she has posted on there. It's pretty cool how she describes what kinds of materials she used for certain dresses. The links she provided to other sites are very helpful. 

This was one of my favorite outfits she has created, I like the color and the mellow feel to it, growing up with parents who would buy our clothes from thrift shops I have grown up with an open mind to hand made outfits, and enjoy the idea of not putting on a dress that 100 other people are wearing. And that's one of the other reasons I have enjoyed looking around her blog and seeing the many different styles she has. I am actually pretty excited to follow her blog, just to see what other amazing creations she come's up. This has been my first review..

Blogging

Been Doing Fine things at home have been starting to get normal again, except that Luz has been getting sick at least once a month, which really freaks me out since when I was growing up I was always getting sick several times a month. I missed out on so much school that I could never catch up and homework would always end up pilling up. I hope that I am just being paranoid and she grows up to be a healthy little girl. I blame the weather though, since we have days where it rains, it gets cold, then it gets super hot.. then it rains again.. Even I don't have time to get sick right now, i need all the hours at work in order to live a stress free life from bills..
